My name is Maddy! I am an American student who lives in Illinois in my freshman year of college (2022-23 school year) and for spring semester, I will be studying abroad in Canterbury, England at Canterbury Christ Church University. I love cats, Taylor Swift, the color pink, the game Animal Crossing, and English history. I have been fascinated with European history for as long as I can remember and am now going to take the step to experience the things I have read about for myself. I am so excited about this process and will keep everyone updated with my progress! My hope with this blog is that it will help someone else who is considering studying abroad to achieve their dream, and go in with some advice from someone who has gone through it.
